How to manage orders from customers

To manage orders, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the store management dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Orders” tab in the dashboard menu.
  3. You will see a list of all the orders on your website. You can use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the list based on various criteria, such as order status, customer, and date range.
  4. To view the details of a specific order, click on the order number in the list. This will open a page with all the information about the order, including the customer details, products, shipping address, and payment method.
  5. You can update the status of an order by clicking on the “Update” button next to the status field and selecting the new status from the dropdown menu.
  6. You can add notes to an order by clicking on the “Add Order Note” button and typing your message in the text field that appears.
  7. You can also delete an order by clicking on the “Delete” button next to the order number in the list.
